No, you cannot use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can I use a gift-card to pay shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the total of the final order, which includes shipping and taxes.

Can I apply a discount code to the purchase with my gift card?

Most discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards. Except for a product-specific discount code where the product is a gift card.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

Can I customize the amount of a gift-card?

No. However, you can purchase personalized amounts for gift cards purchased in person, at one of the points of sale at fairs or markets.

If a customer wants to buy a gift card online for an amount not available in the online store, you can create a preliminary order for the amount. Once the customer has paid, a gift card for that amount may be issued to the customer.
