Shipping policy
All shipments are made through the Post Office. They are certified and shipped in a padded envelope so that the product arrives in optimal conditions, in addition, they are accompanied by a tracking number so that you always know where your package is.
They are delivered by hand under the signature of the recipient / authorized and, if they do not find you at that time, the courier will leave an acknowledgment of receipt so that you can pick up your order at the nearest post office. You have 15 days to pick it up, otherwise it will be returned to our address. Then we will pay the amount of the product (without the cost of shipping) and, if you still want the order, you must make the purchase again normally through the web.
All orders placed before 1:30 pm will be shipped * on the same business day, except holidays. Otherwise, they will be sent the next business day.
* Las Joyas de la Maga is not made responsible for possible problems caused by erroneous shipping data provided by the buyer during the purchase process. However, in case of doubt, we will contact you via email to verify said data and proceed with the shipment as soon as possible :)
